It’s my 30th birthday today and I’m in the best headspace and peaceful bliss I’ve ever had in my life.

If you would have asked me this is where I would be at I would have said Hell NO.

I worked my ass off to get to this point and I am forever grateful for it all. Was it easy? No

Was it worth it? Yes

Would I change anything? Not a Damn thing.

Do I regret anything? Hmmm…..the only regrets I have are the damage I created and the time and love I missed out on with my family and friends. But I have given myself grace for all the damage and pain I created. I was in survival mode and did what I thought I did in order to just survive. That grace has saved my life.

Let’s talk life…

I remember being 18 or even 25 thinking that 30 was so scary and I never wanted it to come. 18 year old Bryce had no idea what was ahead nor could I have prepared him for any of it. But now that it is actually here I’ve never been more excited in my life.

6 months ago I almost left this planet and became part of the stars. I’m incredibly thankful I am still here because the last 6 months have been the most beautiful transformation I’ve ever had. It took 10 years of work, continuous learning, reading, studying, books, and so much more to get to this point.

3 years ago I took a leap of faith and left my home into the unknown. The SCARIEST & BEST thing I’ve ever done in my life. I left all my friends, family and all that I’ve known my entire life behind. deep down I was terrified. I was so sad leaving everyone but knew I had to go and build the life that I needed. Still to this day the hardest thing is being away from all the people I love so much. But along the journey you find your tribe. You find people you never knew existed out there. You find people you connect with on such a level you never knew existed.

This 3 year journey has tested me in ways I’ll never be able to put into words. It’s pushed my limits of stress and financials and all the emotions. There were moments I didn’t know if I’d make it through but it forces you to JUST FIGURE IT OUT. You have no option because it’s just you out in the middle of the desert or stuck on a mountain top in a blizzard. BUT it has built me into a resilient man that now loves himself and is ready to change the world with his vision. It has taught me confidence, independence, love, and so much more.

Never would I have thought life would be as it is right now. I’ve found a new blissful type of peace that’s truly hard to describe. I’ve been blessed with meeting some of the most amazing people on this journey and got to spend my 30th with some of those beautiful souls.

Thank you everyone who texted, messaged, called. I love you all so dang much. 💚

I could write and write but I figured I’ll try and not keep it like a Minnesota Goodbye 😂.

I’ll leave you with these 17 things that have changed my life.

A little about what I’ve learned over the last 30 rotations around the Sun…

What I’ve learned.

  1. Give yourself grace -we are all too hard on ourselves and grace will change your life.

  2. Continuously work on yourself - a great quote I heard “when do you don’t know what to do-invest in yourself”

  3. Life moves so fast try and slow down some days. Enjoy the breeze, enjoy the smell of cut grass, enjoy the sun-take moments to just BE PRESENT.

  4. Be kind-continue to give and it will come back 10 fold

  5. Be vulnerable-as scary as it is vulnerability has changed my life and people continuously offer to help me build my vision

  6. Breath work and meditation gives you access to more power than you can imagine

  7. Leap into the unknown-all of your dreams are on the other side of fear.

  8. Love and love deeply- everyone is on the edge of a complete breakdown. Shoot that text, shoot that message, call your grandparents, say hi to a random stranger.

  9. You don’t have to follow society’s way of life-we all only have one shot at this life. Fuck wasting it on something you hate just to pay the bills.

  10. All the answers you are looking for are within yourself-sit with yourself. Ask the questions you need answered and the answers will come.

  11. Enjoy each day to the fullest-we all have a limited time here on this earth. Make the best of each day(even the bad ones. Everything happens as intended)

  12. Enjoy each day to the fullest-we all have a limited time here on this earth. Make the best of each day(even the bad ones. Everything happens as intended)

  13. This too shall pass-whatever you’re going through shall pass. The emotions taking over will pass. The bad thoughts will pass. You will find a day where you feel happy and blissful again.

  14. Never settle- don’t settle for anything less than your dreams. Take the road less traveled. F*ck what anyone tells you to do.

  15. Just BE. Be in the moment. Be in the conversations you have. Be caring with your actions. Take a pause every once in awhile.

  16. Lastly, BE YOU. Your uniqueness is needed in the world. You are different. Your quirks are needed. Don’t let the pressures of society put out YOUR FLAME. BE YOU! 💚

  17. Lastly, BE YOU. Your uniqueness is needed in the world. You are different. Your quirks are needed. Don’t let the pressures of society put out YOUR FLAME. BE YOU! 💚
